RETURNS & REFUNDS
NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON MAKEUP PRODUCTS SO PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY!
REFUNDS & RETURNS – ON CLOTHING, BRUSHES AND JEWELLERY.
If you change your mind on a product that has not been opened or used we offer a store credit to the value of you purchase or refund less 10% handling fee.
We do not accept returns 7 days after purchase.
Cost of shipping fee for return items is at the customer’s expense.
Ensure the products are safely packaged to ensure no damage during transit. We will not process a refund when items are damaged through the post.
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days to your nominated account.
No refund or returns on sale items.
Items are shipped Monday through to Friday only.
Items will not be sent over the weekend or on public holidays.
By placing your order you agree to the following terms & conditions.
If you select the options that include insurance you are covered for any items than may be lost or damaged through shipping. If you do not choose to include insurance and items are damaged in the post, there will be no refunds or replacements on any items purchased.
- Collection (No Shipping Cost) – collection from Strathpine or Gold Coast Studios
- Regular Shipping (no insurance) $8.00 – sent through- Australia Post
- Regular Shipping with INSURANCE $10.95 – (covered if damaged or lost) sent through- Australia post
- Express Post (no insurance) $12.95 – sent through- Australia Post
- Express Post with INSURANCE $15.95 – sent through- Australia Post Express (covered if damaged or lost)
- Priority Express $18.95 – this is Express Post with INSURANCE posted same day as order placed if before 12pm
- Orders to the amount of $100 and over- free shipping
Flat Rate Postage $26 AUD, UP TO 2KG via Australia Post. Excess charges may apply. If this is the case we will make contact with you before your order is shipped.
There is no tracking or insurance included so please contact us for pricing to include insurance and tracking for international.
We accept PayPal, Credit Card, EFTPOS & Direct Deposit for methods of payment. When completing your order the PayPal option will come up automatically for you to process via this method. For Credit Card and EFTPOS, this must be done over the phone. Please either call us when placing your order on 0410 106 560 or leave your contact details in the comments box for us to get in contact with you. Orders cannot be sent until payment is finalised into our account.
All items include GST and are in Australia Dollars (AUD).
